The Inquiry Step
Complete the inquiry form and I will study your request, needs, objectives and services required. If your request fits my design style, then I will come back in max 2 days with an e-mail and an online meeting proposal
STEP 2
Discovery meeting
We will have a discovery meeting call in which we will discover your business, objectives and goals. After that, I will send you a brand proposal to outline my design process step-by-step, including the time frame, budget, stages and deliverables.
STEP 3
Seal the Deal
If you are happy with my proposal we will begin our collaboration. I will send you a link to my client portal in which you will find the contract, invoices, a discovery questionnaire and instructions. All my presentations will be uploaded there waiting for your feedback.
STEP 4
Brand Strategy and Direction
An in-depth business analysis will begin to find out more about your target audience, your goals, user personas, problems and their solutions, and competitor analysis… to conceive a perfect match brand strategy and design solutions.
STEP 5
Logo development
That’s my favorite stage and where the journey begins. A strategy and an art direction are now settled so, I start designing the primary logo, secondary logo, logo mark and variations, a distinctive color palette, complimentary typography, brand assets and patterns.
STEP 6
Brand Presentation
After all the work I will send you a 24-page Brand Presentation document, in which I will describe in detail all my design decisions so far regarding: Typography, Brand Assets, Photography Direction and Mock-ups and more…
STEP 7
Feedback and revisions
In this stage we will discuss about the whole concept. I will be happy to hear your feedback about the whole brand design. I will be open to make the refinements and the necessary changes to best suit the whole design to your objective and needs. Usually, I make about two revisions.
STEP 8
Touchpoints
Once I have your approval and at your request I will begin to create other extras and assets to complete the visual identity of your brand. This is the stage when I will work on appealing product packaging, stationary, social media templates, business cards, flyers and more…
STEP 9
Refining and Sign off
I will make the final revisions to refine the whole design. After the entire payment, I will upload all the files and I will create brand guidelines to make sure that you understand how you can correctly apply the elements of the design to suit exactly to your new brand identity.
